Classes & Camps Cancellation Policy
Art Studio 760 requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all class, camp, school break day, and vacation program cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact Susan by text +1-781-290-8412 or email theartstudio760@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or studio credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
Birthday Party Cancellation Policy
Birthday parties at Art Studio 760 require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Due to advance preparation, staffing, and materials, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refundable. Please contact Susan by text +1-781-290-8412 or email theartstudio760@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your party booking.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Art Studio 760 must cancel a class, camp, party, or event due to weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered the choice of a full refund or studio credit. We will make every effort to notify families as early as possible.
Photo & Video Release Policy
By registering for any class, camp, party, or event at Art Studio 760 LLC, you grant permission for Art Studio 760 to photograph and/or record video of the participant for use in promotional and educational materials. These images and videos may be used on the Art Studio 760 website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other print or digital publications.
Art Studio 760 releases and discharges any liability related to the use of these images, including but not limited to distortion, editing, or use in composite form.
If you prefer that you or your child not be photographed or recorded, you may opt out at any time by notifying us in person or by emailing theartstudio760@gmail.com.
