Looking for a gentle way to unwind and prepare for the week ahead? We’re excited to introduce a new monthly offering at Art Studio 760: Sunday Evening Stretch & Reset with Ann Callahan.
This calming, welcoming session is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body through mindful movement.
A Moment to Pause and Reset
In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to carry stress and tension into the week ahead. This class creates a dedicated space to pause, breathe, and reset.
Each session includes gentle stretching, breath work, meditation, and light yoga to support mobility, improve alignment, and bring the body back into balance. The focus is not on intensity, but on ease, awareness, and feeling better in your body.

Led by an Experienced Instructor
The class is led by Ann Callahan, a local fitness instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience. Ann creates a supportive and approachable environment where participants of all levels feel comfortable and welcome.
Whether you’re new to stretching and yoga or simply looking for a slower, more mindful practice, this class meets you where you are.
What to Expect
Each 75-minute session is designed to be gentle and restorative. You’ll move through simple, flowing stretches paired with breath work and moments of stillness to help calm the mind and release physical tension.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat for comfort. You’re welcome to go barefoot or wear yoga socks, whatever feels best for you.
