School’s out, the sun is shining, and summer is officially here! ☀️ At Art Studio 760, we’re sending big smiles to all our students and families as you kick off a well-deserved summer break.
As we transition into the season of beach days, popsicles, and creative adventures, we wanted to share a few important updates about our schedule—and give you a fun, free art project to keep the creativity flowing at home or on vacation!
Spring After-School Classes Wrap Up June 20
Thank you to everyone who joined us this spring for our after-school sessions! Our weekday 4–6 PM art classes will pause for the summer after Thursday, June 20, and will return in September. We’ve loved seeing your children grow and explore through art this season!
Summer Vacation Art Program Starts June 23

Our Summer Vacation Art Program begins June 23 and runs through late August, offering full-day art adventures from 10 AM–3 PM, Monday through Friday.
Each week of the program features a different color theme inspired by the Color Wheel. Students entering grades K–8 will explore everything from acrylic painting and watercolor to sculpture, printmaking, and more. Small class sizes (just 12 students per week) ensure a personalized and enriching experience led by professional artist and certified art educator Susan Keefe.
Spots are filling up fast! Book your summer camp days here.
New Summer Saturday Kids Class Time
Starting Saturday, June 28, our Saturday schedule is changing:
The 10:00 AM–12:00 PM kids class will continue
The 1:00–3:00 PM session will no longer be offered for summer
This new format gives families more flexibility for weekend plans while still keeping creativity in the mix!
Free Beach-Themed Summer Art Project: DIY Seashell Collage! 🐚

Looking for a simple, fun summer art project you can do at home—or even at the beach? Try this Seashell Collage Craft! It’s great for all ages and uses minimal materials.
What You’ll Need:
Seashells (gathered from the beach or purchased)
Cardboard or thick paper base
White glue or Mod Podge
Sand (optional)
Acrylic paint and a brush (optional)
Stickers, string, or small decorative items
Steps:
Paint your base if you’d like a background color.
Arrange your shells in a pattern or shape (hearts, spirals, waves).
Glue shells down one by one.
Sprinkle sand or other embellishments for texture.
Let it dry completely—and display your summer masterpiece!
This activity makes a great beach memory project or rainy day art break while on vacation.
Wishing You a Creative, Colorful Summer
Whether you’re joining us for a week (or nine!) of summer camp, attending Saturday classes, or just staying connected from afar, we hope this summer brings your family joy, inspiration, and time to slow down and create.
